My 2.5 old year daughter , while playing hurt with elbow pain. Visibly there is no swelling, scar. But crying a lot while moving hand. Night at 2.00 o clock I consulted doctor through Practo. He told me, it’s pulled elbow and suggested me to do a physio based on a YouTube link. I did it. Wonder. Baby got alright within few minutes. I thank doctor for proper diagnosis and suggesting treatment.

A common feature of the instant video consultation is the doctor's tendency to rush though the appointment. He's not the first one to do so and if Practo doesn't implement strict guidelines, it won't be the last. We are supposed to be given a 10-15 mins span of attention, but the calls are completed within 2-3 minutes. I clearly had chilblains, as confirmed by another doctor later. But the doctor insisted I just had some sprain in my feet. I am a researcher by profession and was able to self diagnose this before even speaking to another doctor, but unfortunately Dr. Jasani couldn't. * *** ********** *********** ********** ***** ****** ** ****** ***** **** What a squander of time, energy and money. Oh by the way, he was not in a professional setting at all while communicating with me. He was lying down on the bed and talking to me ***** ******* ********** *** **** ** ****************

We consulted the doctor for my mother's leg and joints pain issue, the doctor is very understanding and listens to the patient's complaints very well and then suggests accurate medication For the issue. I would recommend everyone to visit or consult the doctor atleast once.
